This painting started with the glow beads. I was curios how they would look and whether or not they would still glow under all the layers of pouring medium and paint. At first I thought they could represent glowing bugs and I would have the little Flying Fox/Bat eating them, but then I decided they also looked like berries. It was a challenge to get the berries to feel full and lit from behind, but a fun one to tackle. The moon and surrounding clouds are coated in phosphorescent paint.
