Library Proposal Explained : Brookville

This is my recently submitted proposal for the the Reimagining Works project, a collaboration between the Dayton Metro Library and the Dayton Art Institute, for the Brookville branch. The selection panel will make their decision on this project by April 20, 2015. Check out my first proposal in this POST

With these submissions, I wanted to create work that interests me in terms of imagery and also challenges me to present new materials or techniques so that each proposal is true to my style, but does not immediately appear to be created by the same artist. This is important because I hope to receive several of these commissions.

I had to contact several companies that specialize in laser etching to get an idea of what was possible and what it would cost.
